The Election Commission of Bhutan, in pursuance to Sections 577 and 579 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan 2008, and Sections 33 and 34 of the Local Government Act, 2009, hereby calls for Bye-Election for the post of Gup in Darla Gewog under Chhukha Dzongkhag for the vacancy resulted upon the demise of Mr. Bhudiman Samal on 8th of August 2013.
