Ten Officials from the Election Commission of Bhutan attended a ten-day “Refresher Course on Geospatial Techniques” from 12th to 22nd June, 2017 conducted at Sherubtse College, Royal University of Bhutan.
The course organized and resourced by the Center for Climate Change and Spatial Information (CCCSI) with technical support from the faculty members of the department of Geography and Planning, aim to provide training in using geospatial techniques, especially ArcGIS, for delimitation of constituency boundaries and other election related mapping purposes.
