The Election Commission of Bhutan, in pursuance to Sections 178 (b), 577 and 579 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan 2008, and Sections 33 and 34 of the Local Government Act, 2009 hereby calls Bye- Election for the post of Gup in Dramedtse Gewog under Monggar Dzongkhag which has fallen vacant upon the effect under Section 100 (b) of the Election Act in the Electoral Roll of the mitsi transfer of the incumbent from Dramedtse to Ngatshang Gewog and Gup of Gakidling Gewog under Haa as the vacancy occurred due to criminal conviction.
