ANNOUNCEMENT
The Election Commission of Bhutan is pleased to declare the Result of Test of Functional Literacy and Possession of Skills conducted recently for 60 Vacant Demkhongs and Bye-Election in Dangchhu Gewog.
Out of the total 56 who registered for the Test, 50 showed up to take the test of which 36 were Male and 14 Female. A total of 47 (34 Male and 13 Female) are being awarded the Functional Literacy and Possession of Skills Test Certificate.
The Results are available for viewing at the Election Commission’s Head Office in Thimphu, concerned Dzongkhag Election Offices or can be downloaded from https://www.ecb.bt
Applications for re-check may be made to the respective Dzongkhag Electoral Officer or directly to the Head of Department, Department of Election on or before 5 p.m. of 18th of February, 2017.
Eligible Candidates who are interested to contest the election in the 60 Vacant Demkhong Elections are reminded to process the necessary documents that would be required for filing Nomination once the elections are called.
