The Election Commission of Bhutan is pleased to notify the general public that the Functional Literacy and Possession of Skills Test for the three Dzongkhag Thromdes of Thimphu, Phuentshogling and Gelegphu shall be as per the schedule given here-under:
(1) Last date of registration 15th February 2021
(2) Written Test and Viva Voce 19th February 2021
In the wake of the current COVID-19 pandemic, all registered voters interested in contesting for the post of Thromde Tshogpa in the three Dzongkhag Thromdes shall register online for the Test via https://dramig.ecb.bt/flt/registration
All queries regarding the Test and the Test Centre may be made to the respective Dzongkhag Election Offices.
As for the Functional Literacy Test (FLT) for aspiring candidates to the Third Local Government Elections for the 205 gewogs and Samdrup Jongkhar Dzongkhag Thromde, the date for the test shall be notified at a later date. The Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB) would like to inform that those already in possession of FLT Certificates issued by the ECB need not take the Test.
