The Election Commission of Bhutan, pursuant to Notification ECB/NOTIF/-01/2018/4489 dated 16th February 2018 and as required under Section 34 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan 2008 is pleased to hereby issue the Final Electoral Roll for the third Parliamentary National Council Election, 2018.
The Final Electoral Roll, after due incorporation of changes received from the Dzongkhags during the “Claims and Objections” period from 15th to 25th of February 2018, has a total of 432030 voters of which 220,881 are Females and 211,149 Males as on 1st of January 2018, the qualifying date for the NC Elections 2018.

Out of the total registered voters in the country, 88915 have registered as Postal Voters for the National Council Election 2018.
An individual Voter can check his / her voter registration status and information on Polling Station on the website of the Election Commission of Bhutan: www.ecb.bt or access using the ECB Mobile application “Electoral Info” which can be downloaded from google play store for Android User or app store for IOS User.
The Final Electoral Roll can be inspected at the respective Dzongkhag Election Offices or the Offices of the Returning Officer or at the Election Commission of Bhutan, Head Office in Thimphu.
Issued on the 5th Day of the 2nd Month of the Earth Male Dog Year of the Bhutanese Calendar corresponding to 22nd of March 2018.
