The Election Commission of Bhutan (ECB) is pleased to notify all the eligible voters, wishing to avail the Postal Ballot Facility for the upcoming 3rd Local Government Elections 2021, to register with the ECB. In the light of the prevailing COVID-19 situation in the country, the ECB is extending the Postal Ballot Facility to all the interested registered voters residing outside their demkhongs, in addition to those included under Section 331 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, 2008.

The voters who need assistance to register using the online system may visit the nearest Gewog Office/Election Office, during office hours.
The registration will be closed on November 1, 2021 at 5.00 pm.
